60 minute Prenatal Yoga Class on Zoom or In Person
60 minute Prenatal Yoga class on Zoom, time to connect with yourself changing body and growing baby.
The prenatal classes are developed with your pregnant body in mind. We start with a check in to see how everyone attending is feeling. Each person gets a chance to talk about their aches, pains, and latest news before we start moving.
We try to accommodate those attending based on what they have spoken about as well as do stretches to balance, strengthen, and calm your body as it changes. We focus on gentle movements that assist with posture, pelvic floor, back and hips, working on bringing more alignment to your body.
We finish each class with a meditation to relax your mind and connect with your baby. The teachers are well versed in all things pregnancy, and are able to modify poses, talk through common aches and pains, and encourage you as you move along your pregnancy journey towards meeting your baby.
Classes are available for purchase here as 4, 8, 12 class packs or as a whole pregnancy package.
After signing up, you will receive a link to join our Prenatal Yoga Class WhatsApp group where we have a weekly poll for class attendance and all zoom links are shared.
No prior yoga experience is needed to join in, but as each pregnancy is unique, please confirm with your main health-care provider that it is safe for you to join.
Classes are taught by Ashleigh Christie or Rulene Moolman.

FAQS
Nope! These classes are beginner-friendly and designed for all trimesters. Everything is tailored to pregnancy, with options and modifications for all levels.
Most participants start in their second trimester, and our packages start from 12 weeks. If you’re feeling good and your care provider approves, you’re welcome anytime.
That’s exactly what we’re here for! Movements and breathwork are designed to ease common pregnancy discomforts, and I offer plenty of modifications.
A little of both. Classes support physical strength and alignment while also encouraging rest, mindfulness, and emotional connection.
We have mats and props in the studio, however if you prefer to use your own you are welcome to bring with! Bring some water to sip, and wear some comfortable clothes to move it.
A laptop, phone, or tablet that has Zoom installed on it so that you can join via the link sent out. You will need a space at home to move, about the size of a yoga mat. Please have a cushion, blanket, or pillow available nearby to use during class and wear something comfortable to move in.
