Motherhood is unpredictable, and specialized classes aren’t always accessible. That’s why I’m offering **free, weekly 30-minute postpartum support classes**—designed to fit into your life, no matter how messy or busy it feels.

✅ A short form to share what you’re struggling with postpartum. (So I can make sure I’m trying to address your actual problems – if not in the immediate class, but as we move forward)

✅ A weekly live class (join in with your baby, or just listen while feeding!).

All levels are welcome. Your video can be on or off (your choice!)

How it works

Make sure you have zoom on your phone or laptop

Sign up for the class you want to join

Get your link in the confirmation email (plus a 15min reminder because mom brain 🧠  am I right?)

You will be admitted to a waiting room when you join

Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted at the start of class.

Practice along and enjoy (or sit and watch while feeding baby)
