Hi, I’m Ashleigh—a perinatal educator, mind-body specialist, and childhood growth & development professional. But first and foremost, I’m a mom of two who understands firsthand how overwhelming early motherhood can be.

With over a decade of experience supporting families, I’ve worked in homeschooling centers, aftercare programs, and private family settings, focusing on child development, self-regulation, and learning through connection. My background in yoga, Pilates, and mind-body movement has given me a deep understanding of how the body heals and adapts—especially during pregnancy and postpartum.

Motherhood shouldn’t be about just surviving—it should be about healing, growing, and finding what works for you and your baby. My approach is science-backed and practical, helping you feel strong, capable, and confident in your journey.
