Welcome to the Post-Partum Program and CONGRATULATIONS on your newest family member.
This time is such a special time, filled with newborn delights. But it can also be a difficult time for us as postpartum moms as we navigate the changes in ourselves and the life around us while also trying to recover from pregnancy and birth.
I designed this program during my own Post-Partum period, and personally worked through all the workouts to restore my strength and find confidence in my new mom bod!
This body is different from before, but different doesn’t have to be bad. Pregnancy and birth take a toll on your body, and in this program, we are going to work on slowly bringing you back to you.
The focus is on core strength (and diastasis healing), posture correction, and pelvic floor recovery. There are weekly exercises to slowly rebuild your connection to your body and gradually build strength.
There are lessons on your pelvic floor, diastasis recti, c-section-specific recovery, and returning to your regular exercise postpartum.
